One World Week 2012 | The World's Largest Student-run International Event
The overall aim of Asia and Australasia Day is to promote the culture of the region to the rest of the university through entertaining and informative performances, workshops, exhibitions and activities.
The area within the Atrium will mainly be used for workshops and other cultural activities such as traditional games. Some initial ideas for the activities for the day are as follows:
In addition, the Chaplaincy will host a food-tasting event. Various cultures and faith groups will be providing food free of charge to celebrate One World Week. Come along between 12 and 1.30 and bring your friends.
