We are thrilled by the most recent developments of Universities. The talk intends to provide an insight into what we believe to be the emancipation of national institutions, to become cosmopolitan actors, firmly rooted in their local environment. Warwick's Vision 2015, is part of this process and will deliver the starting point of our talk. The talk will also cover the institutional reform that accompanies the transformation and the Creation of a European Area of Higher Education and the Global Perspective on University development.
