Kidulthood
Starring Noel Clarke, this slick, gritty portrayal of urban youth in London caused a stir in 2006. When a group of teenagers are given the day off from school, what follows is twenty four hours of sex, booze, and mayhem. Adults are on the periphery, hopelessly out of touch with their children's lives. A fantastic all-British soundtrack includes The Streets, Audio Bullys, Dizzie Rascal and Roots Manuva. Producer Damian Jones will be present and will be discussing the film and his other work after the screening.
